Download O365 Applications

This document provides instructions on how to download the Office 365 Applications.
 

What is it? 

Office 365 Professional Plus allows University of Houston-Downtown Faculty, Staff, and Registered Students to run Office products on up to 5 personal machines and mobile devices including PC, Mac, Android, and iPhone.
 
***Please Note: You cannot install Office 365 Pro Plus on your UHD owned computer. ***
 

What is included?

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access (Windows Only), Publisher (Windows Only)
 

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one, honest. Logon and see for yourself.
 

Let’s get started…

  1.  Logon at /o365
  2.  Click on the App Launcher icon on the top left
  3. Click More Apps
  4. Find Install apps in the upper right corner. Select Microsoft 365 Apps. This will bring up a list of items to install including Office and Project. 
  5. Click the Install that you want and follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.
  6. Th installer will download and installthe latest version (64-bit by default unless a 32-bit version is detected).
  7. Activation happens automatically when you sign in with your licenses account.
