OCTOBER 16, 2023	Last day to drop without a grade from a course
NOVEMBER 13, 2023	Last day to withdraw from a course (grade of “W” will be assigned)

 

PAYMENT DATES
JULY 24, 2023	Fee bills available on July 24. Account Summary Available at myUHD
AUGUST 1, 2023	4 Payment Installment/Deferments Plans available (online only) for Resident, Non-Res and International students.
OCTOBER 5, 2023	Last day to pay for open registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
OCTOBER 10, 2023	Last day to pay for late registration. Payment arrangements must be made by midnight or class(es) will be dropped for non-payment.
1st of each month	Installment Plan Payment Due- Payments due 1st of each month after plan is set up.
OCTOBER 15, 2023	Emergency Deferment Due
DECEMBER 15, 2023	Last day to pay term/session balance to avoid incurring a $50 delinquent fee

 

REFUND DATES
OCTOBER 8, 2023	Last day for complete withdrawals to receive 100% reduction of charges of mandatory tuition and fees.
OCTOBER 9-11, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 80% reduction in charges of mandatory tuition and fees.  Student still responsible for 20% of total bill.
OCTOBER 12-16, 2023	Complete withdrawals receive 50% reduction in charges of mandatory tuition and fees. Student still responsible for 50% of total bill.
OCTOBER 16, 2023	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal. Must remain enrolled in at least one class for this session.

AUGUST 16, 2023	Last day for students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions
OCTOBER 16, 2023	Official Day of Record/Census Date Student record change deadline/Last day to: appeal residency status drop without a grade receive refund for partial withdrawal change to audit status request an International Student Health Insurance waiver All requests must be received by business closing time
DECEMBER 16, 2023	Fall 2023 Commencement
